The Problem
Too small for a factory, too finished for a prototype shop
It is a familiar dead end. The volume manufacturer wants a thousand units and a tooling budget before they will talk. The prototype shop will make you one, but it will not survive being used and it will not look like a finished product. Meanwhile you need forty, they need to look right, and they are needed in a month.
That gap is most of what we do. We are set up for exactly the quantities that are awkward everywhere else, because the design, engineering, manufacture and finishing all happen under one roof rather than being passed between three suppliers with three lead times.

Brief
A sketch, a drawing or a reference image, plus the quantity and the date.
Quote
An itemised fixed price, usually within one working day, with the per unit cost at your quantity.
Sample
CAD, renders and a physical prototype approved before the batch is made.
Batch
Production in our Dorset workshop with consistent finish across every unit.
Deliver
Packed and delivered to site, store or hub, in the UK or worldwide.
Sampling is quoted upfront and can be deducted from the final order, so proving the piece does not mean paying twice.

Always tell us the real quantity
The first unit carries all of the design, drawing, setup and prototyping. The second carries almost none of it. That is why ten is nowhere near ten times the price of one, and why it is worth telling us the true number even if you only think you need a single piece today.
It works the other way too. If you are pricing a roll-out, the per unit figure at twenty sites is a completely different conversation from the figure at two.

Answered plainly
Is there really no minimum order?
None. We make single pieces and repeat runs. The per unit cost drops considerably across a run, but one is a real order and always has been.
What is the smallest run you will do?
One. The more useful question is what a run costs at different quantities, and we will price two or three quantity tiers on the same quote so you can see where the curve flattens.
Can you make more later, matched to the first batch?
Yes. Drawings, material specifications and finish references are kept, so a repeat run matches rather than approximates. Tell us at the start if repeats are likely and we will specify with that in mind.
Can you take a product from concept to production?
Yes. Concept, CAD, prototype, custom moulds and cast components where needed, then a finished production batch. We develop and trademark our own product systems, so this is our own process rather than a service we bolted on.
How quickly can you quote?
Usually within one working day. Send the purpose, rough sizes, the real weight anything carries, the quantity, your date and a budget range and we can come straight back with a fixed price.
What is the lead time on a batch?
Typically 2 to 3 weeks from sign-off, depending on the nature of the job and how busy the workshop is at the time. Larger runs are scheduled to your programme and confirmed in writing with the quote.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share the brief. Unreleased products and brand launches are routine for us.
