Can I see prices before I apply?
Yes. Request the price list and it will be emailed to you. No account needed.
Is there a minimum order?
£500 per order, or $670, €580 or A$940, excluding VAT and local taxes.
How does payment work?
Trade accounts are on Net 30 from the first order. There's no card payment at checkout. An invoice follows your order and is due within 30 days.
How is shipping charged?
Trade orders ship from our UK warehouse, and shipping is invoiced separately once your order has been dispatched.
Which countries do you supply?
The UK, Europe, the US and Australia. If you're somewhere else, ask anyway, as we can often help.
