Do you need a custom central dowel hole?
We've often been asked whether we are able to add central holes to our acrylic spacers in order to add a complete central dowel through your entire cake. After trialling whether this will be a popular addition to our collection, we are delighted to have added the option for a central dowel hole. If you would like to choose this option, please select the size option you would like from the drop down menu when selecting your product to add to cart.

Delivery methods
We have a growing catalogue of ready to send products running parallel to our handmade bespoke service. All products ready to send are despatched next working day via your chosen delivery method. Handmade products have a make time guideline on each listing but generally are ready to despatch within 3-5 days - they will be sent via your chosen delivery service once made. For rush orders or special requirements, please contact us.
UK Delivery
Within the UK, deliveries will usually take place between 8am and 6pm and all our delivery methods our fully tracked. We offer free UK standard delivery (3-4 days) on orders over £50*. For orders under £50, a £4.95 P&P charge will be applied at checkout. UK orders over £100 benefit from free express delivery (1-2 days).
International Delivery
We ship globally with the majority of orders being despatched via our expedited service with DHL Express. Orders to the US and Canada can arrive in as little as 2-3 business days, while other international locations take on average 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your address and are for guidance only.
Returns Policy
We offer the right to return within 14 days of purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days and we must receive your return within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note - return orders may be subject to a £2.00 restock and admin fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
