Do I need to pay to return my item?

We do not offer free returns although in the unlikely event there is a problem with your item, we will reimburse the return postage to refund or rectify the item. We're not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the package.

How do I return an item?

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any product purchased online via post. You must contact Prop Options within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once you have contacted us, it must be returned in perfect, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. When we receive it, we'll get onto it as soon as possible but it can take up to 10 working days to process. We recommend sending returns to us via a tracked and signed delivery service.

Gifts cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable; however we are happy to exchange to the value purchased.

How do I exchange items?

We know how disappointing it is when something turns up and it's not quite right; so we try to make exchanges as easy as possible. Please contact us to discuss the issue and we will arrange for you to post your item back.

Have you received my returned goods?

We recommend that you return your item using a registered postal service so you can track your parcel. When it reaches us, we will begin processing your return as quickly as possible but it can take up to 10 working days. As soon as your refund has been processed you will receive an email notification to inform you, or if you've requested an exchange, an email once the replacement item is on its way to you.
