What This Covers

The whole set, not just one part of it

Most gifting projects fall apart in the gaps. A designer draws it, a fabricator makes one component, a printer does the branding, a third party packs it, and nobody owns the thing as a whole. We take the lot, which means one quote, one date and one person answering the phone when something changes.

How It Works

Five stages, one supplier

Design the set

We work from your brief, your product and your brand. Where a bespoke part is needed, a holder for an awkwardly shaped item, a cradle, an insert, we design and prototype it rather than making your product fit something generic.

Sample first

A physical working sample before the run, built on your actual product rather than a drawing of it. You sign that off and it becomes the reference every unit is checked against. Nothing goes into production on a render.

Make and source

Bespoke components are made in our own workshop in metal, acrylic, timber or 3D print. Bought in components are sourced and quoted at cost plus a stated handling line, so you can see what you are paying for.

Brand, assemble and test

Branding applied by the method that suits the material, printing, engraving, etching or applied vinyl. Then assembled, and where the set has a function, tested unit by unit rather than sampled.

Quoting It

What we need, and how the quote is broken down

What we need from you

Quantity, what is in the set, which components you are supplying and which you want us to source, your branding method if you have a preference, packaging expectations, and the date it has to land. A sample of the product itself if one exists.

How we itemise it

Design, sample and revisions, components, branding, assembly, testing, packaging and delivery, each on its own line. Spares priced separately so you can decide rather than discover. Nothing bundled into a single number you cannot interrogate.

Your product, our workshop

If you are sending us your own stock to be assembled into sets, we will tell you what we need, when, and how it should arrive. Goods in are counted and discrepancies reported the same day.

Under your name

We sign NDAs as standard and our name never appears on the work or the packaging. We do not approach your customers and we do not use the project in our own marketing without asking.

Who It Is For

Brands, agencies and marketing teams

Short run branded assembly for consumer brands, agencies, hotels and corporate marketing teams. Fifty units, a hundred, a few hundred. This is deliberately the quantity that contract manufacturers turn away and fulfilment houses will not touch because it needs making as well as packing. If you also need the same set repeated later, see white label and contract manufacturing.

Questions

Answered plainly

Is complete product assembly within your bespoke service?

Yes. We design and make the bespoke parts, source the bought in components, apply branding, assemble, test, pack and deliver finished units. You get one supplier and one quote rather than coordinating a fabricator, a printer and a packer yourself.

Can you work with a product we already have?

Yes, and it is usually the better way round. Send us the actual item and we will design the bespoke parts to fit it properly. Designing to a drawing or a spec sheet is where fit problems come from.

What quantities do you take?

Short runs are what we are built for. Fifty to a few hundred is comfortable. Below fifty is possible but the setup cost spreads over fewer units, so we will tell you honestly whether it is sensible.

Will we see a sample before the full run?

Yes, and we would insist. A physical working sample built on your own product, signed off by you, which then becomes the reference unit every piece in the run is checked against.

Can you supply spares?

Yes, and we recommend it. Spares priced at the time of the run are far cheaper than a short repeat order later, and on a gifting project something always goes missing or gets damaged in transit.

Will your branding appear anywhere?

No. We sign NDAs as standard, our name does not go on the product or the packaging, and we will not use the project in our own marketing unless you tell us we can.

How quickly can you turn a set around?

It depends on how much of it is bespoke. A set built around an existing product with a simple custom part can move quickly. Tell us the date you need units in hand and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.
